Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Engineering and Construction Position Title: Customer Support Officer Working Location: Kaki Bukit Working Hours: 5 days (Shift Rotation: Morning Shift 7:00am–4:00pm; Afternoon Shift 1:30pm–10:30pm; Night Shift 10:15pm–7:15am) Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,300 + Night Shift Allowance + Variable Bonus Duration: Contract Role (Opportunity for Permanent Conversion) Key Responsibilities Liaise with customers on work schedules, service requests, and related activities. Coordinate with operations coordinators on work schedules, manpower planning, and job arrangements. Answer and record incoming requests from customers. Share work requests with the operations team for follow-up. Update work orders and schedules accurately. Prepare call record summaries, including subcontractor work requests. Ensure tools and equipment are issued and returned in good working condition. Perform data entry and maintain records. Carry out other duties as assigned by supervisors. APPLY NOW!!!
