Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Building Material Supplier Position Title: Indoor Sales / Customer Service Officer Working Location: Hougang Working Hours: 5.5 Days - 44hrs per week [Shift rotation, includes weekends] Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,500 + AWS + Performance Bonus Duration: Permanent Role Key Responsibilities Attend to walk-in customers and provide product recommendations for tiles, mosaics, marble, and granite. Understand customer requirements and propose suitable products based on design, usage, and budget. Prepare purchase orders and quotations based on customer enquiries. Coordinate with internal teams to arrange and follow up on the delivery of goods. Maintain good relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Provide basic product information such as material types, sizes, finishes, and applications. Ensure showroom displays are neat, organised, and updated. Keep records of sales enquiries and customer information. Support the team in achieving sales targets and maintaining good customer service standards APPLY NOW!!! Prior experience in sales, customer service, retail, or showroom environment is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic computer skills for preparing quotations and updating records. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
