Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacture of Electrical Equipment Position Title: Project Manager Working Location: Senoko Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8.30am – 6pm Salary Package: Up to $7,000 + VB Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of multi-sector projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and cost-efficiency. Establish and uphold best-in-class project practices focusing on innovation, efficiency, and sustainability. Drive cost management initiatives and ensure financial accountability. Enhance procurement strategies in collaboration with the Procurement team for optimal material and service selection. Oversee commissioning processes to meet performance criteria. Implement and manage comprehensive risk management practices. Ensure compliance with company procedures, business conduct, and ethics policies. Identify and mitigate risks, developing realistic delivery plans. Manage stakeholder relationships and provide coaching and mentoring to team members. APPLY NOW!!! Degree in Project Management or Electrical Engineering related field. Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with at least 3 years in a Project Lead or managerial role. EPCM project experience with the ability to read and interpret specifications and drawings. Experience in cost and schedule management. Willingness to travel regularly to project sites.
