Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing Position Title: Quantity Surveyor Working Location: Bedok Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 8.30AM – 5.30PM) Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $4,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Prepare detailed cost estimates and assist in budgeting for construction projects. Administer and manage contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions. Evaluate and analyze tender submissions to ensure alignment with project requirements and budget constraints. Monitor project costs and progress, providing forecasts and reports to ensure projects remain on budget. Conduct valuations and process contractor payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Identify and assess potential project risks, implementing measures to mitigate them. Work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery. Maintain comprehensive project documentation including contracts, change orders, and cost analysis reports. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned APPLY NOW!!!
