Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics Position Title: Transport Controller Assistant / Transport Controller Trainee Working Location: Jurong East Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 5.30pm) Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,000 + Variable Bonus Duration: Permanent Role Key Responsibilities Assisting with Scheduling and Dispatch Plan routes and dispatch vehicles based on timelines and available resources. Track shipment progress and ensure schedules are met. Communicate with drivers and stakeholders to give instructions, resolve issues, and keep operations smooth. Follow transport and safety rules, including escort and port requirements (e.g., relevant port regulations). Assist with maintenance, inspections, and related documentation for fleet management Identify delays or issues and help resolve them promptly. Update customers, answer queries, and support a positive experience. Keep accurate records of operations, incidents, and compliance. APPLY NOW!!!
