Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing / Metal Precision Components Position Title: Accounts cum HR Admin Assistant Working Location: Loyang Industrial Estate Working Hours: 5 days; Monday – Friday (8 AM – 5.45 PM) Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + VB Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Handle basic accounting tasks including data entry, invoicing, payment processing, and banking transactions Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions Maintain accounting records, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliation Prepare GST supporting documents and assist with GST submission Ensure monthly accounts are completed accurately and on time Assist with payroll-related administration and branch company transactions Prepare company letters, memos, HR reports, and administrative documents Handle licence and permit applications through government portals Support staff insurance, welfare matters, statutory payments, and claims submissions Arrange travel bookings and coordinate staff training activities Manage issuance of company items and liaise with vendors on office, building, and lodging maintenance matters Perform any other duties assigned APPLY NOW!!!
