Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Electrical & Instrumentation Solutions Provider Position Title: Business Development Manager Working Location: Joo Seng (Walk distance from MRT) Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday – Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm) Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Oversee the product lifecycle during the commercialization stage while contributing to the development and execution of the overall product roadmap. Develop accurate product forecasts, track performance metrics, and monitor financial results to ensure business objectives are met. Plan and implement market launch strategies, while managing product performance and positioning throughout its lifecycle. Establish, manage, and continuously refine pricing frameworks, including setting guidelines and limits for Volume Purchase Agreements (VPA). Collaborate with Product Marketing teams to support product strategy development and Bluebook preparation. APPLY NOW!!! Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum of 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in a similar industry. Prior exposure to cables, sealants, or related applications is an added advantage. Demonstrated track record in handling complex pricing negotiations with key customers. Strong presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and influence stakeholders. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage across cross-functional teams.
