Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics & Warehousing Position Title: HR & Admin Assistant Working Location: Tuas (Walk distance from MRT) Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday – Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm) Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate employee records, personnel files, and HR databases. Support onboarding activities, including workstation setup, office supplies, uniforms, and PPE arrangements. Process work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations. Manage job postings across recruitment platforms and assist with hiring activities. Coordinate training programs, including registration, scheduling, record maintenance, and evaluation. Assist with payroll processing, including data preparation, verification of attendance/ claims, and ensuring timely and accurate payroll submission. Administer employee insurance claims and liaise with insurers on claim matters. Coordinate meetings, company events, and employee engagement activities. Oversee office facilities and ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and amenities. Provide general administrative support and perform other duties assigned by management. APPLY NOW!!! Minimum Diploma in Human Resources Management or related field. At least 1 year of Human Resource experience. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Knowledge with Unit4 Prosoft HRMS is an added advantage. Good understanding of HR practices and Singapore's labour laws. Experience with payroll processing is preferred. Able to work independently and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
