Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: General Wholesale Trade Position Title: Admin cum Operations Coordinator Working Location: Joo Koon Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Thursday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM; Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) Salary Package: Basic Salary + Medical Benefits + VB Duration: Permanent Role Key Responsibilities Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the Managing Director. Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, sales orders, and purchase orders using the Autocount system. Handle day-to-day customer order entries and delivery arrangements. Monitor and order office or operational supplies to maintain suitable inventory levels. Check orders, bills, received items, inventory, and deliveries to ensure accuracy. Maintain inventory records, update relevant information, and prepare necessary documentation. Communicate and coordinate with internal departments, customers, suppliers, and logistics partners. Follow up on shipments and orders from suppliers to meet customer requirements. Monitor and oversee logistics operations. Provide backup support for logistics operations when required. Conduct daily, weekly, or monthly stock checks when necessary. Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned. APPLY NOW!!! Diploma or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field. Relevant experience in administration, order processing, inventory, or logistics coordination is advantageous. Experience using Autocount is advantageous. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Detail-oriented with good communication and coordination skills. Able to work independently and support daily operations.
