Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Industrial Machinery Manufacturing Position Title: Service Technician Working Location: Central Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 830am-530pm Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $3,500 + Allowance + Performance Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Perform on-site installation, validation, and commissioning of pumps and related systems. Carry out hands-on troubleshooting, servicing, and minor repair works at customer sites. Overhaul oil-lubricated vane pumps, dry vane pumps, claw pumps, and screw pumps in the workshop. Provide technical support and user training on pump operation and maintenance. Diagnose equipment failures and prepare detailed failure analysis reports. Create, update, and maintain service records in the company database. Use the company’s intranet system to retrieve technical information relating to pumps and systems. Respond promptly to service requests and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently. Work closely with the Service Team to support workshop and on-site service activities. Perform other duties assigned by the Workshop Supervisor. APPLY NOW!!! Higher NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline. At least 2–3 years of experience servicing pumps, industrial equipment, or mechanical systems is preferred. Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify mechanical faults and recommend suitable solutions. Experience in pump installation, commissioning, maintenance, repair, or overhaul is an advantage. Able to prepare technical and service reports accurately.
