Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Construction/ Ground Engineering Position Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor Working Location: Central (Walk distance from MRT) Working Hours: 5 Days/ 5.5 Days, 44 hours per week Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowances + AWS + Variable bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Assist in managing project costs and commercial aspects for marine, coastal, and infrastructure developments from tender stage through project completion and final account settlement. Review tender documentation, engineering drawings, technical specifications, and contract conditions to ensure compliance and accuracy. Develop cost plans, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), procurement packages, and commercial assessments. Obtain and compare quotations, assess subcontractor and supplier submissions, and provide recommendations for award. Carry out quantity take-offs, measurement, and valuation of completed works, including progress payments, variation orders, and final account preparation. Track project expenditures, budgets, and cash flow performance while identifying potential commercial risks and opportunities. Manage subcontract administration and ensure contractual obligations are properly fulfilled. Prepare and maintain contractual communications, documentation, and project records. Support the preparation and submission of variation claims, contractual claims, and interim payment applications. Coordinate with project personnel, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on commercial and contractual matters. APPLY NOW!!!
