Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: IT/ Software & Digital Service Position Title: IT Executive Working Location: Tanjong Pagar (Walk distance from MRT) Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday – Friday (Office Hours) Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware and software applications. Maintain accurate records of IT assets, including laptops, mobile devices, peripherals, and software licenses. Monitor and safeguard the security and integrity of all company IT assets. Diagnose and resolve technical issues involving hardware, software, and internal IT systems. Develop and refine IT procedures to enhance operational effectiveness and workflow efficiency. Provide recommendations for strengthening and optimizing the organization's IT infrastructure. Evaluate, source, and purchase new or replacement IT equipment as needed. Perform additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by management. APPLY NOW!!! Diploma in Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline. At least 1 year of hands-on experience in a similar IT support role. Familiarity with macOS environments and networking is an added advantage. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities effectively. Willingness to provide after-hours support and be available on standby when necessary.
