Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Chemical Manufacturing Company Position Title: Customer Service Executive / Order Processing Executive Working Location: Tuas South (Transport provided from JE/ Pioneer MRT) Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8am – 5.30pm) Salary Package: Basic + Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Handle customer enquiries, orders, and provide product information promptly. Process customer orders accurately and ensure order details and specifications are correct. Check raw material availability and coordinate procurement when required. Monitor order status and update customers on delivery schedules. Coordinate with production, logistics, and sales teams to ensure timely delivery. Handle customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary. Prepare reports on order status, customer feedback, and complaint resolution. Ensure invoicing is done after delivery documents are completed. Maintain good knowledge of company products, processes, and industry regulations. Monitor raw material stock levels and assist with near-expiry stock sales when practicable. Perform other duties as assigned. APPLY NOW!!! Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
