Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Physiotherapy Clinic Position Title: Physiotherapist Working Location: Orchard Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 6.00pm) Salary Package: Basic salary up to $6,000 + Variable Bonus Duration: Permanent Role Key Responsibilities Consulting with patients to assess their physical conditions and learn more about their symptoms and challenges Reviewing patients’ medical history and referrals from surgeons, GPs, occupational therapists and other healthcare workers Planning, customizing and implementing a treatment program for patients Administering treatment including use of hands-on techniques (joint mobilization, deep tissue release etc.), use of modalities and exercise prescription to relieve pain and improve the patients' mobility Educating patients and/or their caregivers on injury prevention and how to manage physical conditions at home May be required to carry out home visits on a limited basis Keeping detailed patient records in the Jane Clinic Management System, updating treatment plans when needed and complying with government physiotherapy regulations Advising on lifestyle changes and workplace accommodations Cross referring as necessary to other professionals within team, orthopedic surgeons or sports doctors, and other health professionals Staying up to date with the latest research and advancements in physiotherapy Willingness to learn and grow and develop knowledge and skills to assess and analyse patients holistically, to take a patient from the rehabilitative stage through to pain-free movement and optimal function Complying with regulations and maintaining high standards of patient care May be required to produce progress and medical reports on the patient’s treatment and rehabilitation plan e.g. for insurance purposes APPLY NOW!!! Minimum Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy, or a related field. Interest and experience in the area of musculoskeletal and orthopaedic physiotherapy. Candidates should have minimum 3 years working experience as a physiotherapist. AHPC certified in Singapore (does not require AHPC supervision). Team player, willing to make contributions to the team in terms of professional support and education, cross-referrals, social activities, creative ideas and social media marketing. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with passion and ability to work with patients from diverse cultural background and nationalities.
