Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturer - Robotics Position Title: Service Supervisor Working Location: Tai Seng Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00AM – 5.30PM Salary Package: Basic Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Lead and supervise a team. Plan, schedule, and coordinate service visits, job assignments, and dispatch arrangements to ensure efficient field operations. Monitor service performance indicators such as response time, resolution rate, and service quality, and implement improvements where required. Provide technical guidance to the team on installation, troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, and service-related matters. Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues and support the team in resolving service challenges. Serve as the main point of contact for clients on service matters. Manage client escalations, ensure service satisfaction, and maintain strong working relationships with customers. Conduct site visits to monitor service performance and identify opportunities for service improvement. Manage spare parts inventory and ensure proper tracking and availability of required service parts. Ensure accurate documentation of service activities, including reviewing and approving service reports. Maintain and update service-related documentation such as SOPs, DHR, and maintenance records. Enforce safety standards and conduct field audits to ensure compliance with internal procedures and industry regulations. Identify training needs and support the upskilling of field service engineers and technicians. Perform any other duties as assigned. APPLY NOW!!! Diploma or Higher Nitec in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field. 2 to 4 years of experience in field service, technical support, or maintenance. Experience supervising technicians or service teams is preferred.
