Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Information Technology Consulting Position Title: Product Operations Manager (IT Systems) Working Location: Thomson Working Hours: 5 days, Mon – Fri (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Fri 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM) Salary Package: Basic Salary + Completion Bonus Duration: 1 year contract Key Responsibilities Manage the end-to-end security patching and vulnerability management process across multiple enterprise systems, including tracking patch deadlines, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring regular security reviews are completed on time. Manage production support by reviewing tickets, tracking issue resolution, maintaining proper records, and escalating high-impact matters when required. Carry out scheduled compliance reviews, including system access reviews, privileged account reviews, risk register reviews, script reviews, and role access reviews. Manage vendor coordination for security and technical matters, including arranging discussions, aligning timelines, reviewing proposed resources, and tracking all agreed actions to closure. Handle contract, resource, certificate renewal, utilisation, and inventory tracking for assigned systems and services. Support product management activities, including backlog grooming, roadmap milestone tracking, UAT coordination, release notes preparation, and stakeholder communications. Maintain accurate documentation, highlight risks early, follow up on action items, and ensure stakeholders are updated on project and operational matters. Organise and facilitate regular meetings with internal teams and vendors to ensure smooth coordination and timely closure of outstanding matters. Review feedback from support tickets and stakeholder discussions to identify improvement areas and provide useful inputs for the product backlog. Any ad hoc duties assigned. APPLY NOW!!! Relevant experience in IT operations, systems management, product operations, or a related field. Experience in security compliance and governance practices, including patch management, access reviews, audit support, and risk tracking in an enterprise environment. Able to manage multiple workstreams, track deadlines, and follow through on deliverables independently. Experience working with application vendors, infrastructure vendors, and internal technical teams on system, security, or operational matters. Able to communicate clearly in writing and verbally, with good judgement on when to escalate issues and when to resolve matters independently. Familiarity with enterprise systems, middleware environments, cloud platforms, and IT audit processes will be an advantage. Exposure to product management activities such as backlog management, roadmap tracking, UAT coordination, and release planning will be an advantage. Experience in regulated, compliance-driven, or large enterprise environments will be an advantage.
