Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Construction Position Title: Quantity Surveyor Working Location: Bedok Working Hours: Monday - Friday (9.00am – 6.00pm) Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Source suppliers and subcontractors; obtain and evaluate tender quotations. Prepare cost comparisons and pricing summaries. Take-off measurements and prepare BOQs, tenders, and quotations. Review and evaluate subcontractor/supplier claims and invoices.
