Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Storage Facility Management Position Title: Service Technician Working Location: Tuas Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri 8AM – 5.30PM) Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $2,700 + AWS + Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Performing routine maintenance procedures, inspecting Hanel storage system for problems, and ensuring Hanel storage systems are in good working order. Diagnosing and fixing malfunctions, replacing faulty components, and repairing damaged Hanel storage system. Setting up and configuring new equipment or systems, ensuring they are installed correctly, safely and accordingly. Identifying the root cause of technical problems, resolving issues, and preventing future incidents. Providing guidance to users on how to operate Hanel storage system, answering technical questions, and assisting with software or hardware issues. Maintaining records of maintenance and repair work, updating documentation for Hanel storage system. Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned APPLY NOW!!!
