Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Construction Position Title: Project Manager Working Location: Woodlands / Islandwide Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri, 8.00am - 6.00pm; Sat, 8.00am - 1.00pm) Salary Package: Basic salary up to $7,000 + Transport Allowance + Variable Bonus Duration: Permanent Role Key Responsibilities Plan and schedule project timelines, tasks, and deliverables. Lead the project team to meet deadlines, monitor task completion, and ensure smooth project progress. Maintain and organise project documents, including project plans and business requirements. Prepare and review construction drawings, technical proposals, and method statements. Plan the construction schedule and oversee site implementation. Liaise and coordinate with clients, Quantity Surveyors, authorities, and subcontractors on project planning and execution. Ensure site safety and security requirements are followed. Relevant experience in managing construction projects from planning to site execution. Able to read and understand construction drawings, technical proposals, and method statements. Knowledge of workplace safety requirements and site management practices.
