Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Engineering and Construction Position Title: Project Management Executive Working Location: Kaki Bukit Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon-Fri: 8.00am – 5.00pm); Sat: 8.00am – 12.00pm) Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,000 + Variable Bonus Duration: Permanent Role Key Responsibilities Prepare, update, and manage tender documents. Manage and monitor project costs to ensure projects stay within budget. Identify, monitor, and reduce project risks related to cost, schedule, safety, and contract matters. Source, liaise, compile, and evaluate quotations from subcontractors based on project requirements, specifications, and schedules. Review and negotiate with contractors on pricing and cost-saving options, from initial estimates to final approval. Prepare detailed work schedules for the site team to support timely project completion. Manage project administration and documentation. Maintain good working relationships with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, suppliers, authorities, and other relevant parties. APPLY NOW!!! Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Engineering, or equivalent. At least 2 years of relevant working experience. Experience in main contractor, HDB projects, or tendering will be an advantage. Experience in project management and working with contractors will be an advantage. Knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D software, and basic electrical and mechanical works will be an advantage.
