Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Building Materials Position Title: Quantity Surveyor Working Location: Senoko Working Hours: 6 days (Mon - Sat, 8.30am - 5.30pm) Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,500 + Performance Bonus Duration: Permanent Role Key Responsibilities Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates, valuations, and financial reports for aluminium facade and glazing projects Negotiate and manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors Monitor project budgets, cash flow, and cost control Provide technical and commercial advice to project managers and stakeholders Ensure work complies with relevant industry standards, regulations, and company policies Work with different teams to support project completion on time and within budget Identify ways to reduce costs and improve work processes APPLY NOW!!!
