Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Architecture Design Position Title: MEP (Electrical) BIM Modeler Working Location: Islandwide (Hybrid) Working Hours: Flexi-Hours Salary Package: Basic up to $4,500 Duration: Contract (6-months) Key Responsibilities Build, update, and maintain detailed 3D BIM models, focusing on electrical systems such as lighting, power, ELV, and fire alarm. Work with the VDC (Virtual Design and Construction) team to identify clashes and coordinate electrical systems with structural and architectural elements. Prepare shop drawings, submission drawings, and as-built drawings according to project needs. Ensure all models and drawings meet project specifications, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. APPLY NOW!!! 2–3 years in BIM modeling and MEP coordination. Skilled in Autodesk Revit MEP, AutoCAD, and Navisworks for clash detection. Basic understanding of electrical design and engineering principles. Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Architecture, or related field. Experience with HDB BTO projects, Bentley Open Building Designer, or Dynamo scripting.
