Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Construction/ Ground Engineering Position Title: Quantity Surveyor Working Location: Central (Office & Site Based) Working Hours: 5 Days/ 5.5 Days, 44hrs per week Salary Package: Basic Salary + Allowances + AWS + Variable bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Assist in tender submissions by preparing quantity calculations, budget estimates, and purchasing-related activities. Obtain and assess pricing proposals from vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors. Carry out quantity measurements and cost evaluations, including progress billings, variation orders, and account settlements. Draft subcontract documentation, verify payment claims, and maintain commercial and contractual records. Support the preparation of payment submissions, contract-related correspondence, and claim-related documents. Track project expenditures, subcontractor commitments, and overall cost performance. Coordinate with project stakeholders, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers on contractual and commercial issues. APPLY NOW!!! Bachelor's Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline. At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in quantity surveying within MRT, deep foundation, underground works, geotechnical engineering, or large-scale infrastructure projects. Strong understanding of quantity measurement, subcontract management, progress payments, variation claims, and final account preparation. Exposure to tendering processes and procurement functions is an added advantage. Prior involvement in LTA projects is preferred Strong analytical thinking, communication, and negotiation capabilities.
