Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Freight Forwarding/ Warehousing Position Title: Senior Airfreight Customer Service Executive Working Location: Changi Cargo Complex Working Hours: Mon to Fri (9am – 6pm), Alternate Sat (9am – 1pm) Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary contact for key clients on airfreight enquiries and requirements. Manage end-to-end quotation processes (RFQs, ad-hoc, and project shipments) with a competitive pricing approach. Engage with airlines, co-loaders, and vendors to secure optimal rates and cargo space. Follow up on quotations and support conversion into confirmed shipments. Provide market updates, including pricing trends, capacity, and peak season insights to clients and internal teams. Coordinate closely with operations, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure smooth shipment execution. Collaborate with the Sales/ SOE team on account management and business development activities. Track shipment progress and proactively handle any issues or exceptions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in systems (e.g., Shipthis). Guide and support junior team members when necessary. APPLY NOW!!! At least 5 years of experience in airfreight or freight forwarding sector. Strong understanding of airfreight operations, pricing strategies, and airline coordination. Proven track record in quotation management and customer service. Familiarity with Singapore Customs procedures (e.g., XO, OD permits) is an advantage. Ability to work independently and manage key client accounts effectively. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics management systems.
