Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/ Firefighting Equipment Position Title: Customer Service/ Sales Support Coordinator (Spare Parts) Working Location: Tuas (Walk distance from MRT) Working Hours: 5 Days, Monday – Friday (9am – 6.15pm) Salary Package: Basic Salary + AWS + Variable Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Handle documentations, including preparing quotations, sales and purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documents. Ensure goods are packed accurately and securely for both local deliveries and export shipments. Proactively follow up on quotations and respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner. Work closely with other departments to support sales initiatives and enhance customer satisfaction. Track and manage inventory movement to ensure accurate stock levels. Perform additional duties as needed. APPLY NOW!!! Possess a Professional Certificate, Diploma, or an equivalent qualification. Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service or sales support, preferably dealing with automotive spare parts. Skilled in using Accpac and Microsoft Office applications. Able to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. With technical knowledge of heavy vehicle spare parts is an added advantage.
