Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Engineering and Construction Position Title: Quantity Surveyor (M&E) Working Location: Kaki Bukit Working Hours: 5 days (Mon-Fri: 8.00am – 5.00pm) Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,000 + Variable Bonus Duration: Permanent Role Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate cost estimates based on project drawings and specifications. Prepare detailed material and labour quantity take-offs for Mechanical (ACMV – Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation), Electrical, Plumbing, and Sanitary works. Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor cost changes, and recommend cost-saving solutions. Prepare tender documents, evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers, and support procurement activities. Manage M&E contracts, handle variation orders and claims, and ensure compliance with contract requirements. Identify practical and cost-effective solutions while maintaining quality standards. Assess project cost and contract-related risks. Prepare regular cost reports and provide updates on project costs. Work closely with internal teams, clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to support project delivery. Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations, codes, and industry standards. APPLY NOW!!! Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or an equivalent qualification. At least 3 years of Quantity Surveying experience in M&E construction or commercial projects. Good knowledge of Mechanical (ACMV – Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation), Electrical, Plumbing, and Sanitary works.
