Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Freight Forwarding Position Title: Customer Service & Sales Support Executive Working Location: Paya Lebar Working Hours: 5 Days, Mon - Fri (9am – 6pm) Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Provide sales support for customers. Manage daily air and ocean freight requests (import/export), including creating detailed quotations for projects and cross-trade. Create solutions and competitive pricing for oversized cargo projects, container space, RFQs, and cross-border trucking between Singapore and Malaysia. Address inquiries for key accounts from diverse industries background. Respond to international requests and provide quotations as needed. Support the General Manager and Operations in overseeing customer service and sales assistance. APPLY NOW!!! Min 2 years of experience in handling Airfreight and/ or Ocean freight. Proficient in both written and spoken Mandarin language, to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers. Excellent knowledge of logistics, including import, export, and cross-trade.
