Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Glazing System Manufacturer Position Title: Quantity Surveyor Working Location: Mandai Estate Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri, 9.00am - 5.30pm; Sat, 9.00am - 1.00pm) Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,000 + Variable Bonus Duration: Permanent Role Key Responsibilities Perform quantity take-off and review each tender's requirements to meet client expectations Request quotations, prepare, and compile tender documents Evaluate tender submissions and prepare clarification questions as needed Provide detailed post-project cost analysis, comparing actual costs with initial budgets and estimates Assist in resolving any contractual disputes between clients and contractors APPLY NOW!!!
