Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics, Transportation, and Supply Chain Industry Position Title: Ocean Freight Import Officer Working Location: Toh Guan Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 08:15 AM – 3:30 PM) Salary Package: Basic Salary + Bonus Duration: Permanent Role Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate sea import shipments Ensure accurate customer documentation and compliance with safety procedures Prepare and process import documents (e.g., HB/L, MBL, manifest, customs declarations) Perform system data entry and resolve shipment issues Communicate with customers, shipping lines, transport teams, and overseas offices for smooth deliveries Ensure timely billing and collection of charges from customers or agents Follow up on short-landed, damaged, or discrepancy cargo Handle customer inquiries and complaints Prepare payment vouchers and close shipment files Perform other tasks as assigned APPLY NOW!!!
