Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Heavy Equipment Position Title: Mechanical Design Engineer Working Location: Tuas Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri, 8.00am - 7.00pm; Sat, 8.00am - 12.00pm) Salary Package: Basic salary up to $4,800 + Allowance + Variable Bonus Duration: Permanent Role Key Responsibilities Design and improve mechanical systems for battery handling, charging, and swapping Prepare detailed drawings and specifications for mechanical parts Choose, order, and buy needed mechanical parts and machines Set up and follow maintenance schedules to keep equipment running well Make sure all designs follow safety and industry rules Apply safety rules for staff and equipment Inspect and test mechanical systems to make sure they work properly Find and fix mechanical problems Work with other teams and project managers to plan and complete projects Give advice on mechanical engineering for project planning Handle electrical and hydraulic problems Repair rotary drilling rigs APPLY NOW!!!
