Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Freight Forwarding, Packing and Crating Services Position Title: Customer Service Executive (Freight Forwarding) Working Location: Loyang Working Hours: 5 Days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM / 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM) Salary Package: Basic Salary + PB + VB+ AWS + Medical Benefits Duration: Permanent Role Key Responsibilities Deliver high service standards, support customer satisfaction, and identify opportunities. Maintain service quality through standard procedures. Respond to customer enquiries on quotations and operations promptly and accurately. Handle enquiries, prepare quotations, and manage shipment arrangements, including cross-trade. Coordinate with customers and overseas agents on shipment activities. Understand import and export processes. Ensure timely completion of all documentation. Support sales and marketing activities when required. Manage customer issues and prevent recurrence. Maintain accurate data and reports. Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned APPLY NOW!!! At least 2 years of relevant working experience. Positive attitude with a customer-focused approach. Able to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of sea and air shipment procedures is preferred. Good communication skills and able to work well in a team. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Willing to work additional hours when required.
