Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: IT/Rental (Photocopier) Position Title: Copier Technician Working Location: Ubi Ave Working Hours: 5.25 days (Mon-Fri 8.30am–5.30pm, Alternate Sat 8.30am-12.30pm) Salary Package: Basic $3,000 + VB + OT Pay + Company Vehicle Provided Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Install and set up photocopier machines and connectivity at customer locations. Diagnose and repair equipment both on-site and off-site. Investigate and resolve maintenance and repair issues. Manage tool kits, spare parts, and supplies responsibly. Conduct preventive maintenance and adjustments on photocopiers. Provide excellent support by responding to customer needs promptly. Submit meter readings on time. Train and advise customers on machine operation and basic maintenance. Interact professionally with all customers. Build good relationships with customers and colleagues. Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors. APPLY NOW!!! GCE O-Level or higher. Has valid driving license to go on site for servicing. Experience in repairing/service of copier machines is preferred. Customer service skills. Basic PC and network knowledge is a plus. Training will be provided.
