Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Cooling Solutions Provider Position Title: Service Engineer Working Location: Kaki Bukit Working Hours: 5.5 Days, Monday – Friday (9am – 6pm), Saturday (9am – 1pm) Salary Package: Basic Salary + Performance Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Perform periodic servicing, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of CRAC/ WDS and related systems. Diagnose hardware and software faults, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. Execute equipment power-up/ down procedures and respond promptly to emergency service calls (e-calls). Provide technical support and onsite training to clients on Operation & Maintenance Manuals (OMM). Build and maintain strong client relationships, working closely with site engineers and customer engineering teams. Prepare detailed service reports and submit regular (weekly/ monthly) updates on activities, progress, and corrective actions. Monitor contractor activities, ensuring compliance with safety, operational procedures, and quality standards. Ensure adherence to data center safety regulations and support ad-hoc tasks assigned by management. APPLY NOW!!! Minimum ITE/ Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent). With hands-on experience in maintenance and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical systems, preferably dealing with ACMV/ DX systems. Possess practical knowledge of CRAC/ WDS or critical infrastructure is an added advantage. Good problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills (both written and verbal).
