Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Transportation/ Logistics Position Title: Warehouse Admin Coordinator Working Location: Tuas (Walk distance from MRT) Working Hours: Monday – Friday (8.30am – 5.30pm), once Saturday per month (8.30am – 12.30pm) Salary Package: Basic Salary + Variable Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Monitor and handle job requests received through email from customers and internal teams. Carry out basic job registration, data input, and documentation of daily operational activities. Coordinate with customers on job updates, scheduling matters, and general enquiries. Work with internal warehouse and operations teams to ensure jobs are completed in a timely manner. Maintain accurate records and proper filing of operational documents. Provide daily administrative support to the Warehouse Customer Service team. Assist with other coordination, administrative, or operational support duties as required. APPLY NOW!!! Minimum 1–2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in logistics, warehouse operations, or customer service support. Basic knowledge of warehouse or logistics processes will be an added advantage. Proficient in email correspondence and Microsoft Office applications. Good planning, organisational, and coordination abilities. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced operational setting.
