Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Information Technology Consulting Position Title: Technical Product Manager Working Location: Toa Payoh Working Hours: 5 days, Mon – Fri (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Fri 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM) Salary Package: Basic Salary + Completion Bonus Duration: 2 years contract role Key Responsibilities Define and manage the technical product roadmap in line with business objectives, user needs, and technical capabilities. Work with stakeholders to establish product vision, success metrics, priorities, and delivery plans. Partner with engineering teams to define technical requirements, review architecture considerations, and assess feature feasibility. Recommend practical solutions while balancing scalability, performance, maintainability, technical improvements, and new feature development. Prepare detailed technical specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Prioritise the product backlog based on business value, user impact, and technical constraints. Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product review sessions. Coordinate dependencies across multiple technical workstreams to ensure smooth delivery. Act as the key link between business stakeholders, technical teams, UX/UI designers, and software engineers. Translate business needs into clear product and technical requirements. Explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs), product metrics, and system performance measures. Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline. Minimum 3 years of business analysis experience in software development projects. Minimum 2 years of experience working in an Agile and cloud platform environment. Experience in product backlog management, user story writing, business case development, and software delivery lifecycle. Good understanding of web, mobile, and cloud technologies, including their impact on solution design and technical feasibility. Able to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment. Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technology concepts and discuss requirements with stakeholders. Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical teams, business users, and stakeholders. Experience with Confluence and Jira will be an advantage. Experience with BPM modelling techniques and methods will be an advantage.
