Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing Position Title: Program Planner Executive / Production Coordinator Working Location: Tai Seng Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 8.30am – 6.00pm) Salary Package: Basic salary up to $3,200 + AWS + Performance Bonus Duration: Permanent Role Key Responsibilities Manage customer accounts and plan delivery schedules. Respond to customer inquiries promptly. Monitor daily shipment schedules for customers. Follow up on production and shipment statuses. Coordinate with departments like Purchasing, Production, Quality Assurance, and Logistics for delivery plans. Collaborate with the Purchasing Department on customer forecast demand. Handle ECO/ECN processes and facilitate changes. Address RMA queries and manage costing. Prepare cost estimates and RFQs for customers. APPLY NOW!!!
