Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing (Home Appliances) Position Title: Senior Marketing Executive Working Location: Ubi Working Hours: 5 days (Mon – Fri, 830am – 530pm) Salary Package: Basic salary up to $5,000 + Variable Bonus Duration: Permanent Role Key Responsibilities Develop and carry out strategic marketing plans to attract and keep customers. Manage the marketing budget, coordinate campaigns with sales, and report on key performance indicators and return on investment. Set budgets and targets and create pricing strategies for products and services. Build and maintain relationships with industry partners, agencies, and vendors. Monitor and report on the success of marketing efforts across various channels, including content creation, social media, and events. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to offer competitive products and services. Create engaging content for our website and blog to attract and convert our target audience. Support product development and licensing and provide feedback to ensure customer satisfaction. Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual reports.
