Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Healthcare / Medical (Cancer Specialist) Position Title: Medical Oncologist Working Location: Orchard Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri 8.30AM to 5PM) Salary Package: Competitive and commensurate with relevant experience Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Diagnose, stage, and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with cancer, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed based on clinical developments. Collaborate with other in-house and external specialists to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to care. Conduct cancer screening services for at-risk individuals in accordance with national and international guidelines. Recommend and interpret appropriate early detection tools including mammograms, colonoscopies, PAP smears, and low-dose CT scans where clinically indicated. Coordinate and counsel patients on genetic testing when appropriate. Participate in internal multidisciplinary case reviews to support integrated, quality cancer care. Ensure adherence to all Singapore healthcare regulations, including those of the Singapore Medical Council (SMC) APPLY NOW!!! Possess a Medical Degree from a recognized university, preferably in the United Kingdom or Australia. At least 5 years of post-specialist experience in oncology, preferably in Singapore’s healthcare institutions (public or private). Recognized specialist accreditation in Medical Oncology (e.g., MRCP with Medical Oncology subspecialty training or equivalent). Fully registered or eligible for full registration with the Singapore Medical Council (SMC).
