Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Civil and Infrastructure Contractor Position Title: Contract / Commercial Manager (Construction) Working Location: West – Pioneer Working Hours: 5 days / Mon-Fri: 8.30am-6pm Salary Package: Up to SGD 10,000 + Variable bonus (min. 1 month) Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Review, draft, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and agreements with clients, consultants, and subcontractors Ensure full compliance with contractual terms, conditions, and legal obligations Keep contract documents and related correspondence current and well-organized. Identify, prepare, and submit claims, variations, and extension-of-time requests Negotiate claim and variation settlements with clients and subcontractors. Track cost performance to safeguard project profitability Evaluate contractual risks and recommend mitigation strategies Ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards. Advise project teams on contractual rights, duties, and liabilities Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and stakeholders on contract matters. Support project managers in resolving commercial and contractual issues Hold regular stakeholder meetings to keep execution aligned Prepare periodic contract management reports for management review Maintain accurate records of contracts, amendments, claims, and disputes APPLY NOW!!!
