Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Engineering Solutions Position Title: Field Service Engineer Working Location: Islandwide (Office in Tuas) Working Hours: 5-days (Mon – Fri: 8.30AM – 6.15PM) Salary Package: Basic + AWS + VB Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Support site installation, start-up, testing, and commissioning of compressor and dryer units to ensure they are ready for operation. Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues in air compressors and refrigeration dryers to maintain system performance. Attend to service calls and perform regular servicing at customer sites to reduce equipment breakdowns. Supervise production processes to support smooth operations and minimise downtime. Prepare and submit accurate repair and maintenance quotations for service jobs and spare parts sales. Plan and coordinate daily and weekly service jobs to ensure efficient resource planning and customer support. Provide technical training to customers on the proper use and basic care of equipment. At least 5 years of relevant work experience in a related field. Valid Class 3 driving licence to operate a service lorry or van in Singapore.
