Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics & Supply Chain Position Title: Trade Compliance / Permit Declaration Team Lead Working Location: East – Changi Airfreight Centre Working Hours: 5.5 days / 830am-530pm or 11am-8pm (rotating shift) Salary Package: Up to SGD 3800 + AWS + Variable bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Oversee daily TradeNet permit declarations, ACES submissions, report preparation, and customer payment collections Coach and train declaration staff to maintain accuracy and efficiency Liaise with Customs, government agencies, and clients on permit issues, exceptions, and rejections Track declaration turnaround to meet service level commitments Maintain complete records and ensure audit compliance Monitor regulatory changes and implement process updates Support internal and external audits for permits and compliance APPLY NOW!!! Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, or related fields Min.3 years of working experience in permit declaration or trade compliance Customs Competency Test for Declarants certification is mandatory.
