Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Construction Interior Design Position Title: Project Coordinator Working Location: Macpherson Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri: 8am – 6pm, Sat: 8am – 1pm) Salary Package: Basic + VB Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Manage renovation and interior project timelines from initial planning to final handover. Manage client expectations and maintain good working relationships throughout the project. Oversee project activities to ensure smooth execution, progress, safety, and quality standards. Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, suppliers, contractors, and other relevant parties on project matters. Respond to project-related emails and follow up on required actions promptly. Attend site coordination and progress meetings when required. Manage manpower allocation and assign tasks to team members based on project needs and skill sets. Monitor materials, manpower, project resources, and costs to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or similar architectural software will be an advantage. Knowledge of BCA guidelines will be an advantage.
