Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Information Technology Consulting Position Title: Product Manager Working Location: City Hall Working Hours: 5 days, Mon – Fri (8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Fri 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM) Salary Package: Basic Salary + Completion Bonus Duration: 1 year contract + 1 year extension option Key Responsibilities Define and deliver the product vision, mission, and roadmap with the Product Owner and stakeholders. Identify digital transformation opportunities and support go-to-market plans. Manage the product budget, support funding requests, and monitor spending. Use Design Thinking methods to identify gaps and develop suitable solutions. Conduct user research and experiments to validate solutions and improve the user journey. Research the government landscape and compare available solutions. Prepare data analytics and insights to support decision-making. Manage project scope, budget, schedule, and reporting for development and maintenance projects. Manage vendors, coordinate with application and infrastructure teams, and work with business, procurement, and finance stakeholders. Support IT system procurement and ensure Service Level Agreement compliance for projects and incidents. Lead requirement gathering and review project deliverables, including functional specifications, test plans, test results, user guides, and documentation. Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing, security testing, performance testing, training, and implementation activities. Ensure the product is ready for deployment and operations. Review enhancement requests and coordinate maintenance activities with support teams. Ensure compliance with IT management, quality, and security policies. Any ad hoc duties assigned. APPLY NOW!!! Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, with at least 3 years of experience in product management or related roles. Hands-on experience in the full product development lifecycle, including product management, IT business analysis, application solution design, and testing. Familiar with modern development practices such as Agile, Cloud, Design Thinking, and Product-Centric Development. Experience in data analysis, product analytics, and applying insights to support product decisions. Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS), such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudWatch, for application deployment, management, and scaling. Experience with Salesforce platforms, including Salesforce Service Cloud and Agentforce, covering implementation, configuration, integration, process automation, and reporting. Knowledge of current product trends, best practices, and technologies. PMP, CITPM, Certified Scrum Master, or equivalent certification will be advantageous. Experience in government projects and vendor management will be advantageous.
