Generate and execute content concepts, including writing scripts, shooting videos, and editing. Keep updated of the latest trends, challenges, and developments on social media platforms. Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content supports the overall social media objectives. Monitor and evaluate the performance of social media content, identifying areas for enhancement and expansion. Participate in brainstorming and developing new social media initiatives. At least Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, Data Analytics or equivalent. Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience, preferably within the FMCG Industry. Exposure to both B2B and B2C marketing is an added advantage. Good skills in digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and marketing strategy. Competence in managing online advertising efforts and analyzing data to improve outcomes. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the capacity to convert marketing insights into actionable objectives.
