Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Industrial Automation Position Title: Field Application Engineer (Hybrid Working Arrangement) Working Location: Novena Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri, 9AM to 6PM) Salary Package: Basic Salary up to $6,000 + AWS + Performance Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Work closely with the sales team to support the pre-sales process, including product demonstrations, presentations, spec-in activities Provide technical advice on system architecture and configuration for Industrial Data Solutions (IDS) portfolio Offer technical assistance and guidance on usage for IDS products, addressing basic queries and issues before they are escalated to the support ticket system Conduct training sessions for distributors, partners, and end users on IDS products, covering both technical and applications aspects Gather and relay customer feedback to the product team to support continuous improvement and product roadmap Bridge between the product team in the US & Europe and our SEA distributors, ensuring that partners are continuously updated with the latest product knowledge and developments Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and support market development activities for IDS products Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned APPLY NOW!!! Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Industrial Automation, or a related field.
