Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: IT / Consultancy Position Title: IT Support Engineer Working Location: Ubi Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 9AM – 6PM) Salary Package: Up to $3,000 + Variable Bonus Duration: Permanent Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to users on hardware, software, network, and system issues. Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues remotely or on-site in a timely manner. Perform routine system maintenance, software updates, patches, and system checks. Assist with the setup, deployment, and configuration of new hardware and software. Support users with IT systems, applications, and basic technical guidance. Record technical issues, solutions, procedures, and IT support activities. Maintain accurate records of IT assets, software licenses, and system configurations. Work closely with senior IT staff to resolve more complex technical issues. Prepare and update user guides, documentation, and basic IT procedures when required. Perform any other duties as assigned. APPLY NOW!!! ITE / Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Basic understanding of computer systems, networks, and operating systems such as Windows, macOS, or Linux. Experience with helpdesk software or ticketing systems will be an advantage. Good communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage tasks effectively. CompTIA A+, Network+, or other relevant IT certifications will be an advantage.
