Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturer – Dairy Products Position Title: QC Lab Technician (Night shift) Working Location: Pioneer Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 8.00pm – 8.00am) Salary Package: Basic + OT + Performance Bonus Duration: Permanent Role Key Responsibilities Perform basic in-house lab testing according to SOP. Test raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. Record and update test results accurately. Report failed or unusual results to the QC Executive / Supervisor. Keep the QC laboratory clean and organised. Use, clean, and maintain lab equipment properly. Assist with sample collection and sample retention. Follow food safety, GMP, and quality standards. Perform other ad hoc assignments assigned by Superior. APPLY NOW!!! Min 2 years of QC or laboratory experience in food manufacturing is preferred. Experience in sensory evaluation and laboratory testing will be an advantage. Good knowledge of GMP, HACCP, and food safety systems. ISO 22000 and Food Safety Level 1 & 3 certification will be an advantage.
