Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics, Transportation, and Supply Chain Industry Position Title: Logistics & Warehouse Executive Working Location: Tuas Working Hours: 5 days (Monday – Friday, 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM) Salary Package: Basic Salary + Bonus Duration: Permanent Role Key Responsibilities Lead the customer service team to fulfil customer orders. Handle customer enquiries by email and phone, including documentation, administration, and issue resolution. Monitor shipments to ensure timely clearance and delivery. Ensure all incoming and outgoing activities meet KPIs. Process customer billing invoices promptly. Prepare reports and data analysis using Microsoft Office Suite. Oversee section safety and communicate safety updates to the team. Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts. Identify process improvements, develop SOPs, and ensure procedures are followed to improve efficiency. Monitor performance and quality standards and implement corrective actions where needed. Perform any other duties assigned APPLY NOW!!! Diploma or higher qualification. At least 5 years of relevant working experience. Hands-on warehouse supervisory experience. Good leadership and team management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to take ownership and resolve issues proactively. Able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
