Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Logistics Position Title: Customer Service Executive Working Location: Jurong East Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 830am – 530pm; Sat (WFH, 830am – 1230pm) Salary Package: Basic salary up to $2,800 + Variable Bonus Duration: Permanent Role Key Responsibilities Manage and coordinate existing and new customer accounts. Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls. Deliver outstanding customer service. Maintain good relationships with vendors and customers. Resolve customer issues and provide solutions.
