Job Description Industry/ Organization Type: Plumbing, Heating (non-electric) and Air-conditioning Position Title: Quantity Surveyor (Civil Subcontract Works) Working Location: Mandai Estate Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon – Fri, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM; Sat, 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM) Salary Package: Basic Salary + VB + Medical Benefits Duration: Permanent Role Key Responsibilities Report to the Project Director. Handle quantity surveying duties for civil subcontract works. Prepare project tender submissions, including bills of quantities, tender drawing checks, material specifications, and related documents. Prepare and submit monthly progress claims, variation orders, and final accounts. Manage subcontract-related matters when required. Attend site meetings to coordinate work progress, resolve issues, and support project completion. Draft P&S layout drawings when required. Any ad hoc duties assigned. APPLY NOW!!! Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field. At least 1 year of working experience in quantity surveying. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in MS Office, Excel, and AutoCAD. Able to work independently and manage assigned tasks responsibly.
